This limited edition deck of cards features original artwork by a Palestinian artist that plays on the close relationship between the United States and Israel in their actions against the Palestinian Territories and is a long-coming response to the U.S. Military's Most Wanted Iraqis Playing Cards, made in 2003.

The deck is inspired by the Most Wanted Iraqis Playing Cards in that it replaces the bogeyman of the Arab militant or "terrorist" with the leaders of the West, who created that bogeyman in the first place, and who bear responsibility for the anti-Arab, Islamophobic, and anti-Palestinian sentiment that created the conditions for the genocide in Gaza.

The War Criminals Playing Cards introduces the U.S. War Cabinet as the suit as of Spades, the Israeli War Cabinet as the suit of Diamonds, the spokespeople supporting both war cabinets as the suit of Clubs, and world leaders and scions who contributed arms, funds and political cover as the suit of Hearts.
